Silent Reading

We got split up today so I read for 15 minutes. I read dork diaries today it was about the mean girl Mackenzie Hollister taking away Nikki's diary! So Nikki was looking everywhere to find her diary and found it at the end:).

I was the snazzy summariser and my job is to summarise the text or book we read.
The first text we read was the crackle berry creek the school of loud knocks, it was about a school that is full of  loud  noises and it makes eruptions and detracts children,teachers and parents. There is also this man that has lived next to the school over 50 years. They say that he eats ALOT, and makes loud noisey Sounds when he eats. Maybe that's where all the noises are coming from?

The next text we read was the fog that didn't bark. About a movie that has garden gnomes and been thinking about making it a movie and editing it.

Another type of text we read was a night to remember. Personally about food, talking about a restaurant that some person went to and was talking about a amazing meal he had. There was also a strange bread the looked like moold. And there was a salad that had a crunchy taste.
 Can you guess what is was? It was a cockroach.

My connection for the book is the disgusting  food like the Caesar Alla Cucaracha and the bread peppered with moold  also I tasted disgusting  food like that.(Text to self)
